AhentePro is a resource toolkit and visibility booster for Filipino real estate professionals, buyers, and service providers. The platform helps you publish listings, manage clients, share a public portfolio, and discover professionals. It is not a brokerage, not an escrow service, and not a regulator. We provide tools and exposure, not transactional or legal guarantees.
We ask our users to provide their certificates, licenses, and other credentials when available, and we may display badges when a user has uploaded such documents. However, uploading a document is not the same as being verified. AhentePro does not independently confirm the authenticity, validity, or currency of any user-supplied license, certificate, or identity unless a separate AMOZ Validation has been requested and completed for that subject.
It is entirely your responsibility, as a customer or counterparty, to verify the legality and legitimacy of any property, person, or document you encounter on this platform. Before entering into any transaction, contract, or payment, conduct your own due diligence, including but not limited to checking PRC or HLURB records, title authenticity, tax declarations, and the identity of the person you are dealing with. AhentePro does not guarantee the legitimacy of its users.
AhentePro offers a separate, paid validation service through AMOZ-accredited verifiers. You may request validation for a property, a person, or a document. Each request is assessed individually, and AMOZ will provide a scope and a quoted price before any paid work begins. No validation is represented as completed until it has been separately requested, quoted, accepted, and performed. The absence of a validation request means no verification has been done by the platform or AMOZ.
